We are also competent in the Groundworks and Civil Engineering functions of the Industry.We will take your idea and turn it into reality.We will appoint Architects, builders and subcontractors on your behalf.

We have completed projects under the trade package system, whereby we are the Construction Managers and we divide the work into trade packages which we will sublet to trades. This will involve more input from QStimate in the planning of the works, but will mean less cost to the developer!
