We will advise you on the submission of the tender, we will negotiate on your behalf for the award of the tender, and on successful award we will complete the monthly valuations, any variations and claims on your behalf.

We understand the financial aspects of the building industry so we can let you get on with what you know best, building, whilst we look after the finances of the work.

We would like you to involve us in the procurement process, since we devised the Tender, we will know the prices that we used for the tender, and where we obtained those prices. If we can establish a bottom line for the prices, this must improve your profit on the job!
